Happy #WebinarWednesday!  Yesterday, Kevin hosted one of his best webinars yet!  If you are a District Manager, or, more importantly, you are someone who manages a team of District Managers, this was one webinar you did not want to miss.

#1 Thinking that driving revenue is a top priority.  It’s not.

But the important things don’t get done!

#3 There’s only one way to run the stores.  The right way. 

But the stores rarely run that way!

#4 Store staff doesn’t always do what they are supposed to do or perform at the level needed.

Dealing with these “problems” is stressful at best!

#5 Too many generations working in the stores side by side. 

Why can’t we all just get along?  What’s wrong with that OTHER generation? 

#6 Tons of plans/initiatives/programs being pushed down from head office that need to be implemented and it’s quite overwhelming.

Yet, flawless execution is the expectation!

#7 You’re talking but it’s like they aren’t listening!

Question is: Would YOU follow YOU?

#8 We don’t get out to stores often enough.

When we do, the impact isn’t significant enough.

#9 The store runs perfectly when you are in the store. 

But a different story when you aren’t there!

We promote good people into Territory Management roles.
