The program will be delivered on multiple fronts:  Pre-recorded videos to introduce the participants to the topic for the week, a weekly Live event presented by Kevin Graff and Linda Montalbano, individual assignments and weekly peer review meetings.

Throughout the program you will have access to both Kevin and Linda for support and one on one discussions.

Expect 3 to 4 hours each week, with one hour being a scheduled Live session, and the remaining being solo work.

In a word … Lots!   In addition to being in a group of approximately 100 other store managers, you’ll also be working closely with your assigned, more intimate group of 10 store managers who you will meet with each week.

You’ll leave with new ideas, new skills, new systems and a fresh new level of confidence.  You’ll also be taking back a detailed Action Plan with your personal commitment to implement.
