To get the most out of this program, and in order to be able to add value to the other participants, you should be a:
Regional / Territory or District Manager for either a group of corporate or franchised stores
A Vice President who oversees the team of DMs
A high potential Store Manager who is being groomed for a DM position
The program will be delivered on multiple fronts: Pre-recorded videos to introduce the participants to the topic for the week, a weekly Live event presented by Kevin Graff and Linda Montalbano, individual assignments and weekly peer review meetings.
Throughout the program you will have access to both Kevin and Linda for support and one on one discussions.
Expect 3 to 5 hours each week, with one hour being a scheduled Live session, and the remaining being solo work.
In a word … Lots! In addition to being in a group of approximately 100 other DMs, you’ll also be working closely with your assigned, more intimate group of 10 DMs who you will meet with each week.
You’ll leave with new ideas, new skills, new systems and a fresh new level of confidence. You’ll also be taking back a detailed Action Plan with your personal commitment to implement.
This virtual program is significantly more intensive, and effective. Each week the participants work through exercises that require them to apply what they’ve learned that week in their real life with their stores. That real life application makes a significant difference in results. As well, the content is more comprehensive that what is presented in our 3-Day DM Workshop, that thousands have attended. Plus, you have no travel requirements and expenses.
