If you are confident in remembering the password you created for yourself, our support team can look up the username that you chose. Just reach out to solutions@graffretail.com.

If you don’t recall your password, you can use the password reset feature.

If the green dot does not show after exiting a step of the learning journey, it’s most likely to do with the step completion. Take a second look through the step in question and make sure you completed it properly and thoroughly.

For example:

  • If it is a guide, then most likely you didn’t swipe through the pages in a guide by swiping through the pages, instead, using the slider at the bottom. The slider at the bottom is meant for someone to quickly land on a page in a slide, but if user uses slider only to go through the pages it won’t register as each page has been “viewed”.
  • If it is a quiz, then the activity wont be marked as complete until you pass the quiz.

Completion status is dependent on the completion criteria of the step you are viewing.

Yes!  The program is offered in a desktop version. Click here and use your same username/password that was provided for you. 

Please click the drop down (3 stacked horizontal lines) in the upper left hand corner of Your Learning Hub page and choose “Email Customer Care” with details on what issues you are experiencing.
