The Ready To Serve sales and service training program gives us a foundation to build our customer experience on. Our Store Managers and Staff have taken on the training as part of their regular daily operations. At the head office level, it has helped us to structure everything from performance reviews to on-going coaching with our leadership teams. Aside from the program being totally specific to our industry and the ability to customize the training directives and workbooks to our own very specific needs, (which is unheard out there), Graff also offers leadership coaching sessions with Kevin Graff himself and on-going support and live brainstorms and coaching sessions for our Store Managers too!
