In my 30 plus years of working in the retail industry, I’ve never seen a year like this. The impact of COVID-19 on retailers has been severe, but I’m optimistic about what lies ahead. As we reflect on the past year, let’s take a moment and remember all the reasons to be joyous.

Those of you who have worked with us know that we believe in philanthropy and giving back. Year-round, we support Habitat for Humanity Canada and Sick Kids Hospital and appreciate the work they do for communities across the country.
Throughout 2020, we focused on providing our customers with the skills and training they needed in a COVID world. We updated our existing training programs and created a new one that dealt specifically with COVID-19. As we move forward, we can’t wait to show our clients what we have in store for 2021.
